Vista Park is a unique and vibrant community set against the beautiful Illawarra escarpment. Comprising three distinct villages, each with their own character based on the sites’ individual history, Vista Park has already received multiple awards.

The community is set across more than 55 hectares, will offer a diverse range of 450 homes, and is estimated to be completed in 2024.

Vista Park has a strong focus on sustainability and is awash with open green spaces. A fertile corridor slices through its centre, while unique Bankbook Park features play equipment restored from the adjacent Wongawilli Coal Mine. There’s also an enormous heritage-listed fig tree and the exquisitely restored Coral Vale Homestead.

A laid-back eatery and general store have quickly become the hive of the community, along with a new childcare centre that’s been designed to complement the surroundings.
