Generations

creating a legacy.

Our journey began in 1963 when our founder, Roy Sheargold, transformed a fledgling home renovation business into a thriving property development company. Over six decades, Sheargold has forged a remarkable legacy, completing more than 70 projects spanning Sydney, Newcastle, Taree, the Central Coast, Nowra, Ulladulla and Wollongong.

In the early years, Sheargold partnered with pioneering familieslike the Tiecks and Cornocks, the visionaries behind the Franklins supermarketchain. Together, we delivered large-scale housing subdivisions, apartmentcomplexes, and shopping centres, laying the foundation for communities andcommercial hubs.

By the late 1980s, Sheargold had evolved further, diversifyinginto the investment and management of industrial, commercial, and residentialproperties while continuing to spearhead major residential developments.

Today Sheargold has transitioned to a new chapter as a familyoffice and passive investor. Property remains a focus and we use ourdeep-rooted experience to identify investment opportunities and develop orenhance assets in our portfolio whilst also diversifying our investments toother asset classes. Driven by the principle of Generations Creating a Legacy,we remain dedicated to building, nurturing, and preserving assets that willserve future generations. Our story is one of vision, transformation, and asteadfast commitment to creating enduring value.'

Our values are at the

core of everything we do.

In making our investment decisions our team is guided by our four core values. These values are central to everything we do, they are:
