Lauren Sheargold, CEO and Co-Founder of the Sheargold Foundation, also Director of Sheargold. Member of Philanthropy Australia and NEXUS Australia. Holds a Bachelor's in Health Science and a Master's in Rehabilitation Counselling from Sydney University. Co-authored 'Trends in Corrections,' focusing on Offender Services and Rehabilitation Programs in NSW. Currently advancing studies in Counselling at AICP Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, driven by a passion for community impact.

With 45+ years in risk analysis, Steve boasts extensive experience in government, corporate, and international consultancy. His qualifications span these domains. Adept in global networking, he connects with government tiers, businesses, industry groups, media, and NGOs. Steve has held roles on public company boards, state, and federal associations, excelling in government relations, advocacy, and external affairs.

Norbert has extensive expertise in corporate and business law, property including property development and succession planning. Having served as a trusted advisor to numerous international businesses and investors, Norbert offers valuable insights into legal matters pertinent to our operations. His experience as a board member of various commercial and not-for-profit entities further demonstrates his leadership capabilities and strategic acumen. As a non-executive director, Norbert's skill set enhances our governance framework and decision-making processes, contributing to our growth and success.

Bob Smith is a highly experienced Company Secretary and Accountant. His education includes institutions in Scotland and Australia. Bob's career spans various roles in finance, from Accounts Payable at Farley & Lewers to Financial Controller at companies like Atlantis Pty Ltd and Harcorp Property Group. He currently serves as Company Secretary & Accountant at Sheargold since 2006.

John Dunning, a Development Advisor, boasts a background in engineering. His career includes international roles as a Project Manager in Canada. Since 1984, he has played a crucial role at Sheargold, contributing to various successful development projects, including subdivisions, residential communities, and townhouse construction. His strategic planning and leadership have been instrumental in Sheargold's growth.

Ledum is a seasoned professional in the property and construction industry with qualifications in Civil Engineering (honours). Starting his career in West Africa as a Site Engineer, he moved to Australia to work at Cardno as a Project Manager; where he was involved in a range of major infrastructure and residential projects across NSW. Since joining Sheargold, Ledum has been instrumental to the company's growth and success by leading and managing projects from inception to completion.

Michael is a Town Planner with over 14 years of experience in securing approvals to facilitate the delivery and coordination of projects spanning all asset classes, scales, form and character. Michael joined Sheargold in November 2022 as a Development Manager and has been tasked with the delivery of Parry’s Cove, a master-planned community situated on the pristine shores of the Myall River, in Tea Gardens, NSW.

Jackie has a unique educational background with qualifications in Visual Arts, Legal and Justice Studies and Law. After several years working as a solicitor in private practice Jackie joined Sheargold in 2021 and is currently our Sales & Marketing Manager. Jackie manages the planning and implementation of our marketing and promotional activites and fosters strong relationships with our network of sales agents and channel partners.

Choekyi Tsewang with a Bachelor's in Commerce and a Diploma in Accounting, currently serves as an Accountant at Sheargold Group. With expertise in accounts payable, reconciliation, Payroll and 16+ years of experience, Choekyi is recognized for seamless financial management. Prior roles include Assitant Accountant/Payroll at Webforge NSW (Velmont Group) and International Air Parts.

Nelson is a marketing professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising. He joined the Sheargold team in 2021 as a Marketing Coordinator, where he helps with the company's marketing and communication strategy, especially in promoting their master-planned community projects. With more than seven years of experience in both Colombia and Australia, Nelson brings valuable expertise to our marketing efforts.

An energetic and passionate property professional, Haim is the Assistant Development Manager at Sheargold, responsible for fully supporting the Senior Development Manager in all facets of the development life cycle end-to-end. This includes site identification and feasibility analysis, planning and council approval, and the timely delivery of our projects. Prior to joining Sheargold, Haim worked for EY in the Real Estate Advisory team, before transitioning into a boutique property finance firm.

Theertha has a Masters Degree in Banking & Finance from Macquarie University. Driven by her passion for property she joined the Sheargold Property Management Team in 2023. Theertha is a capable professional, pro-active in all facets of property management. She is engaged in the daily hands on property and asset management of the Sheargold portfolio. Her background brings attention to detail qualities and provides a great contribution to income and expenditure analysis and document management.

Carson McFarlane has diplomas in Accounting, Graphic Design, and Architectural Drafting and has worked in the building, electrical connectivity, and design sectors. She has more than 20 years of experience in Accounts; including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and contract administration. She has had long associations with Swiss companies (Huber & Suhner, Nestle Confectionery) that are known for having very exacting standards. She joined Sheargold's accounts team in 2023.

Marta Rodrigo, a dedicated professional holding a Bachelor's degree in Counselling and a Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication. With a rich background spanning over 15 years in Sales and Retail Management across Spain and Australia, Marta is driven by a passion for fostering continuous learning and providing strategic support to both, individuals and companies in achieving their goals.
