Sheargold have taken out the Urban Development Institute ofAustralia (UDIA) Award for Excellence in Marketing - Land Development for their unique Vista Park development in the Illawarra.
The state-wide award recognised the creative and innovative approach adopted by the Vista Park team mixed with strong branding and appreciation of the market. The marketing included virtual reality goggles, water-repelling art installations, seed woven hand-signed cards and giveaways of John Deere ride-on mowers and monetary vouchers for landscaping, all to reflect a semi-rural lifestyle.
