We are pleased to announce that nominations for the UDIA NSW Roy Sheargold Scholarship 2024 are now open! We take great pride in contributing to the NSW property development industry by promoting and nurturing exceptional achievements by young industry leaders. This scholarship aims to incentivise research, support further education, and enhance professional networks.

If you are interested in nominating yourself or a colleague, now is the time to do so! Complete the online nomination form at the link below and we will email an application form to you or your nominee. Application forms must completed and returned to events@udiansw.com.au, along with an updated CV and a headshot, by COB Friday, 2 August 2024.

Roy Sheargold, our founder, believed that being a great developer meant continually updating your knowledge and traveling the world to learn from other developers. We created the scholarship to commemorate Roy's vision and his lifelong contributions to the development sector in NSW.

The UDIA NSW Roy Sheargold Scholarship is awarded biannually to an individual who demonstrates exceptional professional and academic achievements. The recipient should possess leadership qualities, an ability to inspire others, and aspirations to excel and perform at the highest level.

The winner will receive financial assistance of up to $15,000, plus additional benefits such as exposure to the industry, opportunities to represent at UDIA NSW events, and engagement with UDIA NSW Committees. The winner will be announced at the UDIA NSW Leadership Luncheon.
