Sheargold’s master-planned communities at both Vista Park and Sussex Inlet were showcased on Season 4, Episode 9 of Channel 10’s “Buy to Build”.

The show described Vista Park as “a brilliant community…stunning land development!” and the Sussex Inlet Golf Village as “breathtaking”.

Followers of Sheargold’s ventures into masterplanned communities in regional New South Wales, will know that Vista Park, whilst not due for total completion until 2022, is already well established with over 300 lots already sold, more than half of which have been built on and are now occupied. Construction has commenced on the Sussex Inlet Golf Village, which will yield over 750 dwellings on completion, and only a few lots are left in the first stage release.
